Prayer

Your ways are higher than ours, so often I don't understand why.
But in every discouragement, every trial,
Every time plans fall through and I can't explain,
Rather than question You, let us say,

"We're on our knees before You, Lord, in pain, but also praise,
For though we're desperate in this time,
We know who You are, and we call on Your name.
We trust Your plan and Your will, and we lean upon Your grace.
